ReplyDeleteI own a Nikon and have been using the lens I got with it (the 1 of 2). It is a AF-S Nikkor 55-200mm 1:4-5.6G. I used this lens for Kiernan and some others, but I also rent fantastic lenses so I can try them out before I buy! It is awesome! For Makenzie & Natylee's shoots I rented the 17-55mm 2.8 lens. I liked it because it gave me BIG wide shots, but it wasn't a fave for upclose faceshots, and I didn't notice that remarkable of bokah. I am just about ready to buy me the 50mm 1.4 af-s. Really, deap in my heart, I want the 85mm 1.8 because I hear it is the perfect lens to have for portraits and gives amazing bokah!! But, for my particular camera, it runs me $1600!!! OUCH! Maybe someday :)
I am just about ready to take a major turn with my photography!! I am so excited. Keep taking pics and asking me questions, I am still learning too!
